I'm not very good at keeping my journal updated.  Actually, I haven't really been spending too much personal time on my computer. So much has happened since my last entry; it's been a whirlwind of excitement. First of all, my boyfriend proposed to me on my birthday in March!  I can't belive I'm engaged!  I've already started planning.  The date is set for April 8th, 2006.  We are having a big engagement party down in New Orleans next month.  It's going to be a blast.  I'm working on the design of my dress, and my close friend is going to do the pattern & sewing.  I haven't sewn that many wedding dresses, and he is far more skilled in that a

Man, I haven't really sat down & caught up with DA since before x-mas holidays. Here's what's been going on in my world: * Both the western line & women's contemporary leather line are finished.  All of our salesmen have the samples across the country & they have been showing the lines at market shows & private meetings. Many of my pieces are doing great, but I won't have a true understanding of the final qtys. until the end of February or March. * In the meantime, some of our private labels customers have shown interest in certain styles, and these are some *execellent* companies to have on my resume.  If I can get some pieces into their
